Nicola joined the firm 15 years ago and looks after all client liaison, diaries, numbers and many, many other things. Formerly with British Airways as ground crew and Lloyds Bank, managing a portfolio of branch customers, Nicola co-ordinates all our activities and keeps the ship on a steady course when we're all off doing projects. Without her, phones would go unanswered, mail would remain unopened, email unmonitored and accounts incomplete.
