Unaffectedly collaborative and positive, Smita possesses a practical wisdom and a willingness to say what needs to be said (or to put the provocative question that others might avoid). Smita is one of our best elephant-in-the-room spotters and has a knack for naming them in a neutral, non-judgmental way. She has an MA in International Relations and Diplomacy and has worked directly in countries affected by civil war. Now as a strategic consultant and executive coach with a passion for inclusion, equity and culture change, she works globally across many industries. Smita is very much about her family, and yet despite her diplomacy and IR experience, she does still frequently find herself at the mercy of her two young daughters and three cats.
